Nasdaq-listed TROOPS, Inc. has signed a conditional purchase agreement with EFFORCE Group, founded by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, to integrate blockchain infrastructure and expand into digital asset and green certificate trading. The deal, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, marks a key milestone in TROOPS’ digital asset infrastructure expansion. Wozniak will remain a shareholder of EFFORCE after the transaction.
